Remotely Philippines is proud to announce an important expansion of its executive leadership team with the appointment of Ednalyn Atienza-Ortega, CPA as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the addition of Romelyn Carpio-Endozo, CPA, MBA, CMA (U.S.) as Senior Director – Operations.
These appointments come as Remotely Philippines advances through the Foundation Year of its 2026–2030 Development Plan, strengthening the leadership, systems, controls, and operating structures required to support the company’s next stage of sustainable growth.

Building the Leadership for Our Next Chapter
Our ambition has never been growth for growth’s sake. We are deliberately strengthening the foundations that allow growth to be sustainable: capable leadership, well-defined systems, stronger controls, clearer accountability, and an operating model designed to support the continued expansion of our people, services, and global presence. The appointments of Ednalyn and Romelyn represent an important step in that journey.
Ednalyn Atienza-Ortega, CPA, has been instrumental in building and strengthening Remotely Philippines from within. A Certified Public Accountant with experience spanning Big Four professional services, industry, accounting, advisory, operational improvement, and service delivery, she has helped shape both the operational discipline and people-centered culture on which the company continues to grow.
Her work at Remotely Philippines has included leadership across accounting, transaction advisory, CFO support, financial planning, forecasting, reporting, operational development, and the growth of teams serving international markets.
As Chief Operating Officer, Ednalyn will assume broader responsibility for company operations, strategic execution, operational excellence, organizational performance, and leadership alignment. Her appointment further strengthens the connection between the company’s strategic direction and the systems, people, and execution required to deliver on it.
We are equally proud to welcome Romelyn Carpio-Endozo, CPA, MBA, CMA (U.S.) as Senior Director – Operations.
Romelyn brings significant leadership and financial-services experience to Remotely Philippines. Her career spans approximately sixteen years in banking and financial services, including eleven years with a multinational bank, where her experience covered financial and management reporting, month-end and year-end close oversight, financial controls, risk governance, product control, process improvement, and collaboration with stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, Latin America, and North America.
She is a Certified Public Accountant, a U.S. Certified Management Accountant, an MBA graduate, and was the Top 1 placer in the October 2009 Philippine CPA Licensure Examination.
As Senior Director – Operations, Romelyn will focus on operations management, team development and coaching, performance oversight, process discipline, and continuous improvement. She will work closely with Ednalyn and the broader leadership team to further strengthen the systems, standards, and capabilities that support Remotely Philippines’ continued growth.
Strengthening the Organization for Sustainable Growth
These leadership appointments reflect Remotely Philippines’ continuing investment in the organizational capabilities required for its next chapter. As the company grows, leadership capacity must grow with it. Stronger management structures, clearer accountability, disciplined execution, and continuous investment in people and systems are essential to building an organization that can scale responsibly and sustainably.
It is our pride to see how far Remotely Philippines has come, but we are even more excited about what we are becoming. We are building more than a company. We are building an organization where talented Filipino professionals can develop global careers, where leadership is strengthened at every level, and where progress is supported not by individual effort alone, but by capable people, strong systems, shared standards, and a common purpose.
