SENIOR ASSOCIATE – AUDIT
Responsibilities:
- The senior associate will work closely with clients, communicate issues in time and meet clients’ expectations.
- Responsible for overseeing the auditing process assigned by the client.
- Understands complex accounting and audit concepts and apply them to the different situations of the clients.
- The senior associate will attend client meetings to discuss tasks and deliverables.
- He/she will assist clients in different projects to improve auditing processes.
- He/she will be a contributing member of the team, proactive and committed to delivering quality services to our clients.
- He/she may be involved in some administrative tasks of the Company to better serve our clients and helpful in Company’s decision-making process.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of audit experience, preferably from Big 4 firms
- Preferably Certified Public Accountant
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- US GAAP experience is an advantage
- Experience working with US or other international client is a plus
- Flexible and able to work on tight deadlines in a high- pressure environment
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Able to work on a remote setup
- Work schedule is from Mondays – Fridays, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM PST

Responsibilities:
- The senior associate will work closely with clients, communicate issues in time and meet clients’ expectations.
- The senior associate will be involved in different accounting processes: accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, payroll, month end processes and financial reporting
- The senior associate will attend client meetings to discuss tasks and deliverables.
- He/she will assist clients in different projects to improve accounting processes.
- He/she will be a contributing member of the team, proactive and committed to delivering quality services to our clients.
- He/she may be involved in some administrative tasks of the Company to better serve our clients and helpful in Company’s decision-making process.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in AP Processing and Financial Reporting, preferably from Big 4 firms
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA License) is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- US GAAP experience is an advantage
- Preferably with solid financial reporting experience using Quickbooks, Xero, SAP, Netsuite, etc.
- Experience working with US or other international client is a plus
- Flexible and able to work on tight deadlines in a high- pressure environment
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Able to work on a remote setup
